What is the process involved in the Training?
- Didactic input from Jerry Wagner, a clinical psychologist, International Enneagram Association (IEA) Founder, accredited with honor professional teacher, and Enneagram author, researcher, and presenter for over 50 years
- 20 recorded modules of online training. Each module contains input and suggested reflection questions. Some modules have required homework assignments designed to help participants personalize the various features of the Enneagram. These assignments need to be submitted to access the next module.
- Seven online cohort meetings after various modules have been viewed to answer questions, hear from other participants, discuss how to present the material, share the homework assignments in small groups, etc. Besides learning from Dr. Wagner, hearing from others who identify with different styles is an invaluable way to understand these diverse ways of being in the world. Attendance at these online group meetings is required to be a Certified Instructor in the Enneagram Spectrum Method. This training has been approved by the IEA for many years now.
